Course Description

Introducing Cisco Data Center Networking introduces students to the primary technologies that are used in the Cisco Data Center. The introductory level of knowledge that is taught in this course is targeted at individuals that will perform only the more basic configuration tasks. Lab exercises focus on viewing configurations, with some configuration changes being made by the student.



Recommended as preparation for exam: 200-150 — DCICN- Introducing Cisco Data Center Networking. This is one of two exams required for Cisco’s CCNA Data Center Certification



  • Good understanding of networking protocols - ICND1 Recommended
  • Good understanding of the VMware environment
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Basic Internet usage skills
