Firefly has over 12 years experience developing and delivering education to accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for technology vendors. 

Firefly invented the Test Drive™ model of pre-sales customer engagement in 2007.  Since then we have delivered over 7,700 Test Drives™ to End Users and Channel Partners on technologies from the following vendors:

 


A Firefly Test Drive™ provides a unique combination of structured education and hands-on experience for strategic, prospective customers to explore a new technology:

  • Customers understand how the technology works, how it could solve technology challenges and address business requirements, and how it would be implemented in their own environment.
  • Partners leverage education to highlight the value proposition of a new technology, provide hands-on experience, and identify and eliminate barriers to adoption.

Test Drives™ focus on design and architecture.  Implementation workflow is also covered with hands-on labs to give technical decision makers confidence in the technology for their environment.
